Please elaborate further please
1.So CRGP is now Milagros but CRGP ticker will still remain active trading in the public market ?
2. You investing 100k yet you don't know what is the ratio of exchange and the exact price.
3. Why would Luis tell you all this information yet he won't tell it to any shareholder?
4. The last time I checked on an email i received from Luis he said
We expect all CRGP shares to be consolidated by Oct. 1st, at that time we will let you know what your shareholdings are in MDCM
and issue a stock certificate.

I cannot comment on anything that has to do with CRGP prior to the merge.
I can only assure you that the merge has been completed and any shares you owned in CRGP have now been rolled into
MDCM's share structure. They only thing pending is to consolidate CRGP shares, once this finalizes your MDCM share certificate
will be issued and mailed to your address on record.

It is kind of bothering though as a shareholder not knowing what is going on. Since you haven't answered a lot of important questions can you give us a date of when we can get something official a pr a good contact information where we can get our answers. I have invested the little I had and it would be comforting to know we are in good hands.
