The same could be said about special dividend....FINRA can't just say pay investors $8 million dollars in cash dividends...BUT YET THEY DID!!!! the company requested that only owners prior to June 30 be paid...and sent the money for that!!!
FINRA made a mistake and was too late to turn the clock back!!!
