When this all came about i searched and searched for a definition of this term or anything stating "dividends being taken back" found nothing other than the same definiton stating it was an agreement between company and shareholders. Someone stated I was just "googling stuff"....Yeah, maybe i was but there still would be something out there that would point me to more legal definitions.
