Not the way that JJ is laying it out. I am going to sit back and watch but it can not unfold the way that JJ is suggesting. Read the rules that I posted here regarding mergers and change of ownership. It is not such a simple procedure that it gets done without FINRA knowing about it and FINRA does not know anything about it as yet.
