JJ- if merger is complete . why we got to wait til October 1st.? because it has to be approved by finra - which wouldn't let this continue trading- if shares are air.
Also you want to invest 100K in company that doesn't even have an HR department- assuming they don't because the company president is answering 500 emails himself...
I just read an article about confessions of a basher. you make about $18 hr and you have a spard 100K to throw at a unknown Mexican company that has no website and your waiting on a investment package..
