I question the following possibility: Why would Cruz, a successful real estate broker and developer need to sell 23mm shares at .0013 worth only $30K+/-. Even if he is breaking even when the PPS hits .005 again; I don't think he will sell if he has turned over the company to those he feels can grow it. IMO he will wait for the big dollars unless he is a bitter seller and/or requires the chump change as compared to his overall net worth and current earnings which I assume are much higher.
