Dude, I just pointed out that 83% is only until the audits are complete and the S-1 is filed.....once that happens....all those shares get distributed to the shareholder of record. Got it?
What that means is the 150M shares that make up the 83% WILL be given out to the NTEK shareholders!!!!!!!! Period! end of discussion.
