I certainly hope so. I'm doubtful but it would be nice. I think if they can finally get that done, since they've been telling us it's being done for years now, that will help all of us because that will open up another pool of investors that wouldn't be willing to invest otherwise. It would show that they are doing things right, rather than leaving us with no capacity to trust them at all because they have been awfully untrustworthy in the past. I hope that is changing.
