The way i see it and looking at the glass half full... luis said there is no cash offer for the MCDM shares. However, he didnt not mentioned about CRGP shares, which was what being asked. This merger is bery important, thus you can't talk about it per legal stand points. If there is Naked SHORTINGS.. they MUST cover before CRGP becomes completely transferred via merger. LEGALLy, when a company go private- you would have 2 options- cash vs shares. I remember when DELL gone private- google that. So, if company kept buying shares- the merger will be almost free because all those SHORTs are legally MUST cover!! end of story. I accept any challenges. I am a loyal $CRGP investor and believed in the company. Now, i dont have as much to be called a life changing amount but decent and i'm holding tight til the end. They did all that they had promised. I hope those people that wished any good company to be destroyed should take a dose of their own medication.
