It's sounding more and more like that Amazon rep was spot on. You can't search and find Tbev on Amazon anymore unless you to directly through the Tbev website. It looks like they took it down while they await the next shipment in order to fix any bugs and streamline their account. Plus they're probably working on that error that kept causing the stock amount to be available one second and unavailable the next. How much do you want to bet the moment the next shipment arrives, the store opens.
