i agree that the term "sold out" might be overstat

i agree that the term "sold out" might be overstated but i do appreciate the existence of this site and the effort and push by the company to move in the right direction. some people will expect this start up company to have all of its resources online and intact as if it were an established company that has been around for many years. that is unrealistic.
