Starting tomorrow morning, Solos Endoscopy trades under SNDYD - no more SNDY. Reverse split 1500 to 1.
If I had held onto my 3,250,000 which cost me over $5,000 would have gone to 2,166 shares. Those shares would have to be at a $2.31 per share just to break even. No way those shares open up at that price.
Segersten screwed everybody and the longs - even me who sold at a huge loss - lost in this one, big time.
So where was Highflier - aka Bob Segersten or his daughter. What good did the CE certification bring?
It's all crap. The only good out of this is I'll be able to claim a capital loss. That's one hell of a way to lower your income taxes.
