Just hang in there. I debated an E-Trade employee the other day who was trying to educate me on the COR complaint. She told me that the injunctive relief would claw-back all the dividend proceeds... I told her to go pull out a black laws dictionary and look up the word injunction and then point to me in the complaint where it states that COR seeks relief from shareholders of CRGP. I also told her to look up the requirements for "standing." She never got back with me. There are lots of unanswered questions regarding the dividend that we received, but to automatically assume that the lawsuit with COR will result in a clawback is very ignorant. I understand that E-Trade is being cautious but they shouldn't be misinterpreting the law or the COR complaint to clients.
