$TPAC There seems to be some confusion as to the validity of the second release. I decided to do a little examination of the writing styles and the patterning in format to look for both accuracy and deviation. The first release today has congruent patterns with the August 20th 2013 release. That is plain as day. The second release is not only not on par with the formatting of the previously mentioned release, but also, is not a match for the TCEL company statements. The company statements are brief in nature and are always in the form of a pdf with the company logo/letterhead, titled, 'Company Statement'. Today's second release is not a pdf, is not titled Company Statement, does not have the logo/letterhead, and does not match the writing style. While nothing is 100% in this world, there is too much discrepancy here for me to lean towards the belief that the second release was put out by the company. When one is to also examine the large amount of short volume and the orchestrated move from .0011 down to .0008, this does not add up to much more than a likely situation of manipulation. I'm holding.
