My thoughts on today.
This news only hit facebook, and the little bit we tried to spread on forums.
If this news hits an 8k and becomes confirmed / filed with sec.
This means that instantly you have a 20-35x TIMES growth rate of the company over night.
That means 20-35 TIMES Profit / Revenue / Income
No convertible notes means, 100% of the excess profit / revenue / income, can now go into paying off Debt. Aka Mortgage / loans (that are not toxic) etc etc.
Any excess left after (which is ALOT the total debt is roughly 2-3million dollars including the mortgage).
Will be funneled into most LIKELY expanded production lines / added bottling capabilities / New plants / Added warehouses etc etc.
100% capacity also means HIGHLY possible future merger with ST-ELIE to be able to handle the overflow that will inevitably come with this plant being at 100% produciton.
I see within 6 months to a year from now,
Zero debt on books Absolutely none
MASSIVE profit increases
A Full merger with St-elie
Added production lines / bottle types etc etc.
And an honest valuation of well over a dime.
I also believe once DEBT is wiped off the books, you are left with pure profit. Any time you start talking MASSIVE PURE PROFIT, you are left with share buybacks and or dividends being added.
Which means IF YOU HOLD millions of shares right now, do what you want they are yours, but I WOULD TRY to hold 70-90% of your amount of shares for more then 6 more months.
Q3-Q4 Fins will be OUTSTANDING.
Q1 next year WILL BE INSANE AKA NO DEBT WHATSOEVER
The potential growth explosion here is locked IF THE PLANT HITS 100% CAPACITY IT CAN LITERALLY ONLY BE EXPANDED for any larger deal to be possible.
I will be holding 90% of my shares for VERY VERY Long term, maybe even all of them.
The potential here is just far to good. i may even add more down here.
I think within a week you could do 50-80% profit on anything you add tomorrow / next day etc etc.
But i strongly believe long term people dont even realize what going to 100% production means for a company.
BOREAL can handle 500,000,000 Liters
ST - ELIE can handle 800,000,000 Liters
Merged 1,300,000,000 Liters
You do the math
Figure .20 a liter at a SEVERE discount for bulk, or .30-.35 a liter ? hell even at .15 cents a liter ....
The potential here is insane.
Current market cap still UNDER ASSET VALUE to top it off lol.
Im debating getting a month on the horrible hub just to help spread this word around on it.
