I spoke with TDA , they gave me phone to Safe Keeping Department.
I spoke with Mike , I am not sure if he knew that much , but he checked with others. I ask if they can e-mail TA to get proper OS ( I figure it will be good ) , well, he said that they don't do that.
And according to him you need to own 10% not 5%, then you fill out form Rule 144.
So I am not doing anything.
