Personally, I won't invest in Milagros. I don't have any details about the company, no history, no address. Most of all, it's not a liquid investment where I can sell with a profit or a loss, but sell at any time I need to. You can't go to a bank an open a checking account, then when trying to cash a check find out the funds were transferred to 10-year bonds. The bonds may have a better yield, but those are not the terms.
Market has its own mechanisms to deal with mergers and are required to be followed.
