Its a mexican corporation nothing can be done, they know that, why do you think they went private? by the time any litigation makes it into mexican courts (if it does not get thrown out) they will move assets to another corporation.

If that is what the company does then they will open themselves up to not only litigation from US agencies but also for class action suits. They should have requested halting of their shares from trading the moment the merger was complete on their end.
I have been a stockbroker for 35 years and had the unpleasant task of being involved in too many class action suits.
That is a fact. If they proceed and leave shares...air or not...out there...they are going to have a major problem.
