CEO Provides Current Status on the negotiation with Strategic Partner

KIAMESHA LAKE, NY – September 23, 2015 - Boreal Water Collection Inc. (OTC: BRWC) President and CEO Francine Lavoie notes, “We are presently negotiating the final details of a strategic alliance with an International Group. Part of the agreement will be a large supply contract which would bring Boreal’s plant nearly at capacity. Boreal has access to nearly 500,000,000 liters of water per year. This alliance will permit us to exploit these resources. At this time, we cannot disclose the strategic partner name, but as soon as we can we will file an 8K with all the details on these agreements as they certainly will be significant events. I feel this alliance will be very good for the continued growth for our company. Also, soon we will file the 10 Q. The delays are due to the change in auditor and to the extra reviews needed to correct the previous auditor work. Boreal is not under investigation by the SEC, but our previous auditor Terry L. Johnson was under investigation and found guilty. In no way, does it implicate Boreal Water Collection Inc.”
