more info on the 8-K from TODAY..
and the thing is, the bashers want us to think that nothing is happening behind the scenes with TBEV...
but the thing is, this 8K starts out by saying these talks entered into a Settlement Agreement on September 17, 2015.
ENTERED!..not STARTED!!!
that means these talks started months ago!
so even with the crazy red day yesterday (it really wasn't that bad), these talks about debt deduction were already in play.
see? things ARE happening behind the scenes!
one more step done, and another step begins.
