Some great stuff on youtube as well about Des. He is a technical and fundamental trading guru. I would encourage everyone to listen to the interview (on his twitter) and poke around in some of his youtube clips to get a feel for his background and name/following that he created. Very hands on guy - loves to mentor and be mentored.
