Imagine you work in the FAA and Baltia Air Lines comes across your desk. You see the stock trading at half a penny and you know that a positive decision is coming that will make the stock skyrocket upon the news.
Do you tell your family, friends, parents, in-laws, etc.?
If you don't tell them, what happens when everyone gets together for Thanksgiving or Christmas?
LOL.....where is the buying coming from?
IMHO, that level of confidence buying is coming from those who know about the decision before the rest of the world does.................
