Share retirement.... It's actually true.
Not sure if the person on the "other" board meant it as a prank, but surprisingly it's actually true!
Back in April of this year, when Tbev signed the agreement with southeast bottling, they PRd saying they were happy to begin work with southeast.
But they ALSO said they RETIRED $50,000 in convertible notes!
But wait.... There's more....
The PR also stated their intent is to find ways to "pre-pay and RETIRE ADDITIONAL NOTES IN 2015"!
Mike holley commented saying he wants to retire more notes to CONTROL DILUTION!!!!
