Sorry if you are having trouble understanding that sentence, you seem to be the only one that is. For the admitted shorts to cover would require based on current volume 4 days of those who own actual shares to sell them. As a practical matter that is not going to happen, it is going to take much longer.
Besides the admitted shorts there are the naked shorts who will be on the hook as well. Looking forward to seeing the scumbags get slaughtered by CTIX!!!
