AGIJ almost out of the trips.  up 80 percent. Low float stock auditing financials.  will become otcqx compliant and reducing share structure to 900 million shares with most being restricted hence the 50 million share float.

Our share structure being remains undisturbed. As per our earlier email 
alert advice we intend to reduce our share structure (not reverse split) 
but reduce by about 300-400 million shares. Our Outstanding share 
structure should be in the 900 million share range with most of it being 
restricted.
