Technically NTGL was a subsidiary of NTEK and until the shares are distributed and all legal steps have been completed it probably shouldn't be considered it's own company. I understand the relationship currently between NTEK and NTGL but I'm not sure calling it its own company is technically correct until the deal is finished. I think what NTEK did with the NTGL split(?) was pure genius and this (soon to be) company could be as big a success as even UltraFlix is going to be.
