Your headline is straight out of the way Wally's world would write something.  I thought for a second it was a done deal.  

As for this being a PR it would get the stock to run.  I would think we would get out of the trips, but it might take the acquisition, not simply the deposit, to get us out of the trips.  The SS is large and it will take great news to get a sustained climb in the pps.
