I could just as easily say that the recurrent training is nothing more than Baltia being prepared in case they DO get a pass. And if we're still waitiing in 2 months? Then we'll probably have another training. Sorry, I'm not looking into any one thing and saying "ah ha! We're doing X so it must mean this is the week!" I've done that for several, several weeks and the way I'm viewing it is "when it happens, it happens." So, yes, saying they finished recurrent training isn't really the "kick" I'm looking for.
I've heard plenty making me think "well since Y happened, that must mean Z, which means that we're getting a pass any day now", without that PR, so pretty much anything short of announcement that we're moving on in the certification process does little for me. Saying "nothing new" isn't an expression of frustration toward Baltia, it's an expression of frustration toward the FAA and this ridiculous cat and mouse game we seem to be currently playing. I'm saving my enthusiasm for a real P.R.
