I believe the company is absorbing information at this point. They are trying to figure out how many shares are really out there by having investors tell them what they own. In the mean time they throw a buy out on the table with a nice figure but questionable terms. However, the figure is generous enough to prompt investors to divulge that information. They also know there is a huge disappointment factor with this not being a "Cash Buyout" . They expect selling. If we see heavy volume today but it is being absorbed then it is the company IMO. Less buyout shares and dollars later for them. Once the company gets a real figure/idea what they are dealing with you may still see a cash buyout discount offer in the .01 to .05 range. Like everyone else I am writing my own ending. LOL. They haven't let me down yet and I can not shake that from my mind. AMHO for sure. Texas
