So a member of the NTGL board doesn't know, even if he is supposed to be getting shares himself ?
Does anybody know ? After all, it's for the (soon to be ?) shareholders, so who cares, right.
Anyway, I don't count too much on those shares. It's a bonus alright, but with NTEK in the gutter, I expect it won't do much good.
On the other hand, there's lots of NTGL shares to dilute now that NTEK is maxed out any day now. Since they have no revenue, and had only $642 in cash two months ago, I guess the only way to get money is by increasing the float. But if they really start increasing the float à la NTEK, NTGL will be back in the gutter too.
Maybe they already started yesterday. With 10 times the average daily volume, something must have happened.
