Both my broker and a broker from the Scottrade nat

Both my broker and a broker from the Scottrade national call center agree that the email we were sent explicitly states we are only going to be receiving private stock certificates. Both said bigger companies (they used DELL and Toys R Us as an example) almost always offer a cash option but OTC stocks are unusual in nature and don't always follow the same example. I was told no stock is obligated to give a cash option during a merger however they must allow a certain amount of time for shareholders to sell if they don't wish to go private with their shares.

Personally I've lost most my enthusiasm about our future here. Yes, Milagros stated in one of their response emails that the shareholders will be paid dividends in the future, but they aren't Calisso. We don't know how certain that dividend will be nor how much it will be. We have no means of contacting this company outside of emailing the CEO. Once/if he stops responding to the emails we have no way to learn anything more about our shares, the company we're invested in, or the man who runs it. CRGP did have it's downsides when it came to transparency but we literally know nothing of this company. None the less I do hope for the best for all of you how've been so helpful in keeping people informed to the best of your ability. Hopefully future news will make all clear. GLTA
