Brief Description:
We currently have one (1) project, a public OTC-QB company that needs reinstatement, funding for the acquisition of land either through purchase or lease with the required resources to cultivate 25 acres. In addition, funding to outfit licensed growers and producers of medical marijuana within the framework of the franchise packaging, such as equipment, supplies, required technologies, and security for existing applicants who have signed up to start operations on the land provided. (I hope they are growing!$$$)
Description on each project:
The medical marijuana project is a franchise business structure designed to create mega farming operations . The business model provides a standardized operation platform with cultivation and management support services, which includes providing land, state of the art growing equipment, supplies, and the major distribution channels demanding new product solutions using cannabis and hemp materials.
The operation model is designed to package raw goods for auctions, wholesale buyers, and for demand contracts. The franchise model is to create large facilities across the country to produce and distribute to outlets with processing services and distribution channels.

Brief Description:
The software applications are Cloud Based Solutions and GPS tracking services . We have two companies seeking funding for reinstatement with verifiable agreements with presold customers waiting on their software technologies.

Brief Description:
Our client has a very established market and a demand for their phone services that has three unique and well defined mandates supporting the phone services offered. The composition of their solutions combine three elements. Two are established by the US Federal Communication Commission (FCC) and state government legislature to install analog phone services for citizens under state assistance programs. The market differential is that analog phones are supplied power over the telephone line and classified as a US Department of Human Services disaster relief service. The client currently has 140 customers installed with Plain old analog Telephone services, 8,300 customers within their general areas and over 5 million customers within four states surrounding Texas.
Leasing Two Companies.
The first company is in Gas Production on surveyed (owned/leased)property and has quantities of GAS for mining. The company self-financed the land lease and works with equipment companies. Their clients can acquire essential equipment and supplies via a lease agreement . In addition, they make special arrangements to share in the profit margin, a percentage on the sale as well as tie the lease to negotiate back office agreements that assist the mining operation in working on their leased land sites.
The second company went through a management change and has implemented new policies, brought on state of the Art Miners processing solutions, equipment for financing and leased services at very affordable pricing. In order to improve their competitive edge they have signed agreements with additional funding service providers to increase their ability to start taking on leasing agreements in June 2015.

Environment -

The Client has the exclusive agreement to operate under the pending Patent application, to reduce the toxic flare off gas from operating oil wells and to clean up the fracked water.
Brief Description
The client is using existing technology to clean up the flared gas by using the flared gas as fuel to generate electricity.
Currently the flared off gas from operating oil wells is either burned or released directly into the atmosphere and the oil well company is fined as much as $12,500.00/day for contaminating the air.
The methodology is a proven solution designed to capture the flared off gas and use it as fuel for its electrical generators and to store the electricity in 750KV transportable battery packs.
This energy can then be used to supply the local worker encampments, sold to municipalities and operate the pumps and water clean-up equipment.
The oil companies currently pay a non-deductible fine on the flared off gas. Under our system the oil company would pay us half the savings. Also, we would be generating Carbon Dioxide Sequestration Credits reported on IRS form 8933 and share these equally with the oil company.
The Federal US Department of EPA needs help, which our client can provide

As a consequence of IJJ Corporate involvement to raise development capital , our research into government and non-profit funding sources identified funding for PTSD within the framework of Skills for Psychological Recovery (SPR), which is an evidence-informed modular intervention that aims to help survivors gain skills to manage distress and cope with post-disaster stress and adversity.
The Algae business model provided three key components: Assistance living with onsite counselors, vocational training, and the opportunity to farm.
We are specializing in cultivated Medical Marijuana, reusable fuel plants, and growing selective natural herbs for medicine and vitamins for over 56 pharmaceutical companies . Plus the ability for each PTSD member to learn about the latest state-of-Art technologies for all three crops. The end result is the PTSD member will acquire skill sets to generate sustainable revenues to support and expand the project into additional states...
