After contacting Zammmm i have a new perspective.

Someone mentioned process is now at DTCC. Unfortunately since not all shares can receive merger DTCC will need to determine which are air shares and which arent.... Similar to the process of determining which shares have due bills. This question will not matter because only a certain number can receive certs. Should FINRA not force nss to close its position, shares could not be retired appropriatelty. So for example if I have a million shares and its 1:1 share exchange and I only receive 500k certificates, what happenes to my remaining 500k shares? They cant simply expire worthless as I never received the remaining 500k certs unless nss positions are settled. Based on COR complaint and cross trades im assuming all the majority of shares purchased by CRGP are the air shares with an exception of a few. What happens in that scenario? Similar case, we all receive certs but it will be determined that the company transacted in good faith on a share buyback program and didnt receive adequate consideration, as they purchhased air or worthless shares. In other words nss mught have to purchase lot from company at fair value? The end result might be the same as if they had offered a cash offer. imho dtcc will refer matter to finra and finra will determine nss positions have to be closed out before oct 1. Imho i was a little pessimistic at first but we could very well still be in this. A PR stating conversion stating shares will be worth .27 will set a value from which shares will be purchased from company. I do hope im right!

I invested in Calissio Resources Group because I considered the financial statements warranted an investment. For every reader here that has been paying attention to my posts, please note the following:
1) I am not licensed to give investment advice. Everything expressed here is an opinion of my own for discussion purposes.
2) The only thing I know about the upcoming merger is that typically they are good for investors. A premium is typically offered when companies go private from what I understand. I certainly was and still am an investor before this announcement was made.
3) Finally, regarding the current OS, while there is lots of conjecture, I must rely on the only available information out there which has been presented in PRs. Therefore, OS as of the last PR was 242m. Consequently, I don't believe there is reason to believe I am a majority holder, despite recent purchases, without making a large degree of assumptions.
If anyone is wondering why I am posting this, it is because I want to make sure no one misinterprets my posts or considers I have any intent on the board other than to share potential ideas/speculate on possibilities.
