I worked on Wall Street for 35 years and was never involved with a public company merging with a private company unless there was a cash buy out so this is new to me. Also new to me was the 25% NASDAQ rule 11140b(2)
The way it is supposed to work is it all goes through FINRA/DTCC but I can not tell you how they are going to get certificates to us while using the FINRA/DTCC. Also as someone said here...once this happens then we are at the mercy of whatever the Mexican company tells us. So far the company (CRGP) has done 100% of what it said it was going to do. For that reason I have used some of my dividend money to stay involved when the lights go out here. If I am wrong then I give back some of the funds that they gave to me. But this appears, at this point, to be a giant step in trust once this goes private.
