I already explained earlier that people who are thinking of scaling in prior to news aren't going to hit the ask whilst they think they can get away with sitting on the bid.
Once people start out bidding each other, which was happening today, and only the first few get filled, eventually we will get hits on the ask as people worry that they will get left behind.
With 14,300+ views on just Saturday and Sunday, it is obvious that a lot of people were looking at DSUS - as usual, the views were still increasing at a steady rate at 2359 EST yesterday.
