This post is for Veronica, DJ ponder, Matthewberg, Misanthrope, popeyemag, verax, Winner....Did someone say what we've seen lately wasn't dilution? We already knew there are convertibles out there. So your need to remind everyone of this every single day is because why?
FYI, the dilution wasn't severe today. In my opinion, it seems the debt holders are being sensitive of the pps price. This is my favorite time to buy shares of a company. Regardless, they will be absorbed and then onward. Again, the outstanding share count is still not bad for a OTC stock.
I've got to say this... There are many shareholders that are down equity in MRIB. They come on the message boards looking for a ray of hope that they one day might get their money back, if not better. However, every time someone mentions the possibility of a positive angle as to anything that happens with this company on a daily basis, it is immediately confronted by a select few.
How insensitive to those shareholders that are down equity. First of all, I have no idea how the select few maintain jobs while monitoring this stock all day. If the select few believe they are helping people, they are wrong. They are hurting many more then they are helping, including the company, that hasn't had the chance to testify to questions about their business practices by a governing authority.
Example: If a select few stood in front of a car dealership holding up signs that the company is a scam and a fraud, they would scare the public and put the company out of business. IMO, nobody should have that right to punish a company other then the governing authorities after a proper investigation. Therefore, any complaints about any company should be sent to the governing authorities. Matters should not be taken into their own hands, using social media, by non governing authority individuals. In this case, MRIB, being in the growth phase of their operations, needs capital from a higher stock price. That requires demand for the stock by those with risk capital. The company does not need a select individuals sabotaging the company, and its existing shareholders, with a relentless contrarian campaign, thereby effecting the stock price and the companies ability to raise capital without excessive dilution.
Greed rots the soul... Makes one loose compassion for fellow human beings... Anyway, I'm hoping one day that an example is made of select individuals that practice such activities. Just my humble opinion...
