I just received a clarification email from Luis
27 cents USD for each MDCM share.

Is the market value $.27 cents per share or $.27? Because $.27 cents equals .0027 which seems rather low.
Also, if the merger is ALREADY complete, wouldn't that mean that you have acquired ALL the shares? So why are you willing to acquire even more?
