Folks, key phrase in the email that has gone out --
"All Calissio Resources Group Inc. shares have been merged into Milagros Del Cobre Mineria S.A. De C.V. (“MDCM”) company share structure."
IMO this translates into 'the entire share count has ALREADY been merged into the private company', as in the merger is complete with ALL shares transferred over. Any crgp shares that remain in the open public market are therefore 'extra', and will need to be closed out within the public market. You can't exchange public shares for private shares when the acquiring private company has already acquired ALL the shares. In other words, if Milagros acquired Calissio encompassing 500 million shares for example, why would it be willing to issue 800 million new private certificates? It wouldn't, and it won't.
