I recall LT mentioning that news from the FAA to B

I recall LT mentioning that news from the FAA to Baltia would not come over the phone. So, does that mean someone would personally fly in & deliver the news? Either way, it may add some extra time for delivery (not like an extra few days matters at this point).
Not sure why I keep coming back to that in my head or, what the significance is, but maybe it means something & it might be worth bearing in mind...
