Are you saying that as long as we have an OS that is lower than the AS then the assumption from investors is that it will max at some point. Therefore, 'we' aren't going to buy until they max the OS. Is that right?
Well, that could be, I simply don't know. What I do know is there are a lot of people who see NTEK as a Clear and Present Danger and absolutely want them to fail! The ruthless and corrupt among that crowd will spend whatever it takes to facilitate that end.
Full disclosure: I am a current netflix subscriber.
I recently received a free offer to start using their dvd rentals. The good old snail mail crap. So if I feel like watching something today I have to wait 3 days or so to do it. By that time the feeling to watch whatever it is may be gone and I'm on to something else. Really archaic, but that's the way they built their business. So, good for them...have fun with that. Just wondering what they plan on doing come October when no more Epix contract. That means Paramount, Lionsgate and MGM are all buh bye! Maybe they'll sign something with HHSE to distribute their hefty library of C list films. Sorry but it's simply true, its not that good.
Like I said earlier, I believe management will NOT raise the AS again. I think they are in a mad scramble to get these movies up and running but just as important if not more, get Sony, Hisense, Samsung, LG, Panasonic and the rest online and ready to stream. We've got Roku due out at the end of this month, I believe. We should be in good shape and by Christmas, Fah-get about it!
One more thing, when management is deferring their own shares, you got one or two things happening. A. they need their jobs more than they need shares that are only worth a penny and are restricted. B. They believe that the deferral of shares now will greatly benefit the company and themselves at a later time.
I think it's B. Another thing, when exceptional talent comes on board with NTEK, they don't leave...hmmmm.....I said, HMMMMMM... I wonder why? The rest of this year is going to be exciting as things really heat up in 4K and Ultraflix, don't ya know?!
