How can you tell how much of a product is sold on

How can you tell how much of a product is sold on Amazon? Forgive me if it is a stupid question but when looking up performance punch I don't see how much is left in stock or how much has been sold. I just want to see how the number of cases sold that you mentioned in other posts is determined. Thanks in advance.
