I had filed a complaint with FINRA and SEC regarding ETrade's dividend hold. I had a response from SEC on Friday asking permission to contact ETrade on my behalf and asking for any supporting documentation, which I have copies of my messages to and from ETrade (except the one where I asked if I was eligible and they responded which isn't there now) and also copies of the div hold on my account. I am drafting my response this weekend and am adding also that they rejected my transfer and want to ask them to investigate ETrade. I want to tell them no one can get an accurate share structure and ask them to compare with what is outstanding to see if there are more shares on the market than currently issued and outstanding. I will phrase it a better though. I want to make sure they know I am not filing a complaint against the company, but ETrade. I don't know if it will help...I don't want it to hurt on the other hand?
