Thanks for the post Casey...could CRGP have responded to the suit late Friday and it just not be updated on the docket? If they didn't respond would that be an automatic judgment for COR and what would that mean for a divi clawback for shareholders? According to one poster on the other board he said ETrade called him yesterday and told him even though they transferred his cash to another brokerage they would not close the account until after the lawsuit as they felt the divi would be recalled and he would be liable to repay the amount.

Since your sis was a lawyer, I didn't know if she had any thoughts on that or not...thanks again for your posts!
