They said the same thing about phase 3 as far as immediately PR. And your key word...rumored! It was also rumored that we would be proving flights weeks ago. (Not saying that to bash). Just mean that rumors are just that. Igor seems to like to announce BIG news in person. Wouldn't be any kind of insider issues. The Phase 3 PR went out before most of us even left HQ last year. Just think he would love announcing that live to us again. Especially since it's almost been a year since the last shareholders meeting.
