Don't forget that this be the first consolidated statement and auditing the fins includes all assets from both companies. Now, if they were smart, they wrote off the pvec assets that were questionable at best. But still, you are talking about a fairly complex Q. 60k sounds like a typical small company 10k with an extension. Am I right?
