Meaning if Teco had no intentions of correcting the issues, closing the doors and moving on they would not be going through the time and expense of what they are doing.
This week should be the announcement by FINRA if the merger and R/S is approved. If o there is no reason to deny the up listing to the OTC once the filings are done. Or they would not be wasting their time
