PRINT THIS FORM / GIVE TO STORES!

I finished typing out a generic 'product request form' for everyone serious in this company to print, bring to your grocery store, or any place else that sells food/beverages, and give it to their customer service desk letting them know you found a great product that you believe would bring good business to their store. Place the date at the top, and if you don't want to give your actual name, just write 'A dedicate customer' or something like that.

We all have to do our part. If no one does anything, nothing gets done. If one person does something, then something got done.

To print it:

2. right click the image
3. 'Save picture as...'
4. Give it a file name and save it to your desktop
5. Now it can be printed out!
