I feel that we are at that turning point where we may not need to dilute with so much going on with NTEK and NTGL as well. But if they need to dilute more I will welcome it with open arms. Even as low as .005 or lower. I will explain why.
I've been invested here for over 2 years now. A good buddy of mine who is a computer and tech savvy guy was telling me about 4K TV and how he stumbled on NTEK..... UltraFlix wasn't even a thought back then. At that time I did invest a small amount into NTEK knowing and waiting for there NP-1 Nuvola box, which way back ordered and constantly delayed. I finally received it the summer of 2014. I now began to have trust in the company and knowing it wasn't just a boiler room company. A few months after UltraFlix was reviled and the rest is history. Now I can honestly say I put my whole faith and trust in NTEK.
The vision and passion of this man "David Foley" and what he has accomplished in building & putting together this company. He's chosen and surrounded himself with the best of the bes.... The dream team. From savvy tech programmers, financial guys that know the in and outs of Wall Street, marketing and graphic designers, just to name a few. Many came aboard through acquisition that also had the vision as David Folely and believed in NTEK. Keep in mind many came on board and under the umbrella of NTEK taking stake and holding large amounts of shares as David Foley has, even putting up his house. " THESE GUYS KNOW WHAT THEY OWN". They see the vision. They all are total believers!!!!
Not only do they all have a large amount of shares as investors like us, but I can't even imagine the endless hours they all are putting in.
These guys have much more to lose then any of us. David Foley and the management has proven themselves to me. Time after time as the company is now starting to grow.
In saying all this if they decide to dilute again..... so be it. Some on this board mention about taking out a loan. I say no way !!! We are so close....
Dilute it now and drive the SP down to .002. I can assure you after this holiday season and after the 2nd quarter of 2016, there will have enough cash on hand $$$$ To buy back over half there float at a much lower SP. NO INTEREST ... NO NOTES .... David Foley had already shown us twice already that the first thing as the $$$$ comes in, he will buy back the shares. He's proven it already and the entire management agree with him.... The know what there doing. Just sit back and see where the SP goes. No buyout.
Have faith in the management. They have more to lose !!!!
