my 1 post allow on hub...
8/31 Finra shorts were 35K- you all have said that a legit number crgp was halt and went straight to grey sheet- where its impossible to short - correct? well how do you explain the daily short volume the past week in the millions? that number should read 0 everyday !!! don't give me no garbage saying otc numbers are unreliable. a ZERO is easy to put down on paper.
Someone shorted $4million dollars worth of shares , whether you want to admit it or not.
Etrade Naked shorted and got caught off guard in the mess because of the HALT, just like all of the shareholders.
Etrade is buying these NSS and once they are cleared- they are showing up as just a short share on the otc daily form.
their time limit is nearing the deadline to cover.
At this point I could careless if Adam is Pink or a ghost , whatever, Etrade is going have securities fraud if they don't clear up their mess. They will lucky to be in business after they pay to clear up this mess and settle the class action suits its about receive.
