I was under the impression that the next filing for DSUS is a 10K. It is for period ending June 30 with a 90 day grace period for filing by Sept 30. here is an excerpt from the July 28th filing:

So: Sept 30 if unaudited
Oct 30 if audited

I don't think we know whether they are going to do audited at this time. And, unless they have lots of cash lying around, I would doubt they go with audited. If I were them, I would file unaudited fins in September and then, when they have more cash, go back and amend and audit said financials.
